When is your RSVP deadline?
Our RSVP deadline is May 19, 2027. Once you receive your invitation, you can RSVP by scanning the QR code provided or by returning to this website and selecting the RSVP tab above. Any RSVPs received after the deadline will be counted as "no" due to vendor requirements.
What time should I arrive to the venue?
Our ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive by at least 4:30 PM to ensure you have ample time. For those who arrive late, entry into the ceremony will not be permitted.
May I bring a guest / children?
In an effort to include our loved ones, we have carefully planned our guest list to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably. We kindly ask that only those whose names appear on the invitation attend. If your invitation includes a plus-one or children, they will be listed by name. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we celebrate this special day together.
What is the dress code?
We invite our guests to embrace a timeless and romantic atmosphere through their attire. Formal attire is encouraged. Ladies may wear floor-length gowns, elegant midi or cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. Gentlemen may wear a suit or tuxedo, paired with dress shoes. Ladies, please kindly reserve white for only the Bride.
Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?
Yes, both Ceremony and Reception will take place at The River Club. The ceremony will take place outdoors in the courtyard. Cocktail hour and Reception will take place indoors in the ballroom.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there is plenty of parking at The River Club.
Is there transportation if I'm staying at the hotel?
Yes! There will be transportation provided for our guests staying at the hotel to and from The River Club.
